Lead UX and market research for Search & AI. Set research priorities and combine qualitative and quantitative methods.

My background is in social psychology. I studied at Moscow State University and have worked in UX research since 2014. My roles, education and selected projects are in my CV.

From an idea to a release

For Papper, I conceived the product, built the team and worked on the design. We released our app for paper lists on the App Store in 2023. I also built Grounded around a research task I knew well: coding open-ended responses. In 2026, our team won the Google DeepMind track at RAISE Summit with FlowTwin.

I made Bot Voyage for a workshop, then started walking around town with it. One day it stopped working, and I went home to fix it. An unusual measure of success for a tour guide.

Notes in the margins

Slippery shoelaces led me to collect 64 observations. A strange demo with a fly connectome sent me into its code, where I replaced a video with Chukovsky. Reading Nabokov took an evening into medieval marginalia.
